The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply And Delivery Of Hand And Portable Power Tools For The Municipal Services Of The City Of Joinville-Le-Pont. The Holder Must Supply, Deliver And All The Services Which Are Part Of The Rules Of The Art For The Perfect Completion Of The Services And In Particular: - The Supply And Packaging Of The Products Ordered; - Delivery Of Products To The Locations Designated By The Municipality Within The Maximum Time Limits Provided For In The Act Of Commitment; - Consulting And Commercial Monitoring Services; - The Provision Each New Season Of A Digital Copy Of The Priced Catalog Of All The Products Offered Within The Framework Of The Market. This Is A Framework Agreement With Subsequent Single-Award Contracts With No Minimum And A Maximum Of 100,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Period Of One Year, Tacitly Renewable Three Times One Year.
