The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Restoration Of The Roof Of The Residential Building, Which Burned Down As A Result Of A Fire That Occurred On 25.11.2023. It Is Planned To Build A New Roof Structure And Restore The Existing Under-Roof Spaces. The Covering Should Be With A 10 Cm Thermal Panel With Stone Wool Filling, On A Wooden Roof Structure. The Drainage Is Planned To Be External With Gutters And Downspouts Made Of Plasticized Sheet Metal. It Is Planned To Separate The Attics From The Living Area By Installing A Fire-Resistant Door Ei90c3. A Lighting Installation And A Lightning Protection Installation Will Be Built.
