Construction And Repair Works Of The Building Stock And The Adjacent Space Of The Objects Managed By Pazari Sever Ead, Including Excavation Works, Works On The Constructive Part, Roofing Works, Plastering, Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Processing Of Electrical Installation, Cycling And Varnishing Of Parquet, Repair Of Sanitary Units, Etc. The Contracting Authority Will Assign, At Its Discretion, And In Case Of Necessity, The Execution Of Individual Construction Works, By Means Of A Special Assignment Letter, In Which The Quantities And Types Of Works To Be Executed Are Described. The Implementation Of The Construction Works In Case Of An Emergency Situation Should Start Immediately, And In Other Cases Within Seven Days After Receiving The Assignment Letter.
