The Final Decisions/Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works, Evidence Of Notifications, Arrangements And Issued Permits Are Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Immediately After Obtaining Them, If They Are Required For The Lawful Performance Of The Contract. Note: The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor In Its Entirety, In Accordance With The Planned Area Of ​​Works To Be Carried Out. The Rooms Rented On The Ground Floor Of The Building Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor In September 2027.
