1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Reduced Energy Consumption With An Attic And Covered With A Hipped Roof, Along With Landscaping. The Building Has 22 Apartments, Including One Adapted For Disabled People. The Building Was Designed On Plot No. 299/2 In Bystrzyca Kłodzka.2. The Building Was Designed With A Water Connection, A Sanitary Sewage System, An Energy Connection, And A Rainwater Drainage System - With A Tight Underground Tank For Rainwater And A Retention And Seepage Tank. 3. The Plan Includes Hardening The Area: Roadways, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars, Sidewalks, And Safe Surfaces For Children. 4. As Part Of The Investment, A Regular Exit Will Be Made From The District Road No. 3235D, Plot No. 152 (Dr.5). Additionally, A Parking Shelter With A Steel Structure Covered With Photovoltaic Panels And A Playground With A Recreational Area Were Designed.
