1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction Works Based On It In The Building Of Primary School No. 6 At Ul. Królowej Jadwigi 2 In Bytom.2. The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments And Is Covered By The Local Development Plan For The Rozbark Area In Bytom. 3. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (European Regional Development Fund) For Priority: Fesl.02.00 - European Funds For Green Development, For Measure: Fesl.02.02 - Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings - Zit.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Obtaining Arrangements And Opinions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Including Arrangements With The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments, - Development Of Design Documentation (Including: Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Cost Estimates), - Preparatory Works, - Demolitions Provided For In The Target Documentation Regarding Existing Elements To Be Removed Along With The Disposal Of Demolition Materials, - Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, - Works Related To Tidying Up The Area, Including The Final Disposal Of Remaining Waste From The Construction Site, - Performing Authors Supervision, - Preparing As-Built Documentation.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With At Least 60 Months Of Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Design Works And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Performed Construction Works And Used Construction Materials, Installations, Devices And Equipment Elements, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Design Works And Other Documents Developed Under The Subject Of The Contract, For The Performed Construction Works And Used Construction Materials, Installations, Devices And Equipment Elements, Which Will Be Assessed Within The Tender Evaluation Criteria (See Part Xvii Of The Swz). 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Construction Works, Assembly Works, Installation Works And Other Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Above-Mentioned Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above-Mentioned Works, As Defined In The Act Of October 13 1998 On The Social Security System, As Well As Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership, To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Accordingly
