The Subject Of The Order Under This Part Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Care And Felling Of Trees And Shrubs Growing On The Property Owned By The Kamienna Góra Municipality, Indicated Individually By The Ordering Party.1. The Order Includes The Following Works And Their Estimated Quantity: - Tree Felling - 100 Pieces, - Bush Cutting - 850 M2, - Maintenance And Sanitary Cuts - 190 Pieces, - Removal Of Fallen Trees - 37 Pieces, - Stump Milling - 33 Pieces. The Number Of Trees Was Estimated On The Basis Of Administrative Decisions And Local Field Visits Confirming The Need To Remove The Trees And Maintain Them, In Accordance With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1478, As Amended).2. Maintenance Treatments (Cuts) Should Be Carried Out While Maintaining The Natural Shape Of The Tree Species.3. Stump Milling Applies To Stumps Resulting From Cutting Down Trees And Other Stumps Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. Removal Of Trees And Sanitary And Maintenance Procedures Should Be Carried Out Using The Following Methods: - Mountaineering, - Using A Lift, - Without The Use Of Heavy Equipment.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove Trees Damaged As A Result Of Random Events (E.G. Felled By A Hurricane) Immediately, I.E. No Later Than Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Notification From The Ordering Party.6. The Contractors Responsibilities As Part Of The Execution Of The Order Include: - Tidying Up The Area After Felling, Sanitary And Maintenance Procedures For Trees And After Removing Bushes, - Removal Of All Unnecessary Objects And Foreign Devices Illegally Placed On Trees (E.G. Swings, Etc.), - Removal Of Collisions Between Trees And Technical Devices And Facilities In Consultation With Their Owners.7. The Works Will Be Commissioned Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, With Work Selection Protocols. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Commence The Work Indicated In The Typing Report No Later Than Within 2 Business Days Of Its Receipt.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Continuously Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.9. The Contractor Must Have And Maintain In Working Order The Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Throughout Its Duration.10. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Purchase Felled Wood From The Ordering Party. The Sales Price Of Wood Is Pln 207.11/M3 Gross (Average Sales Price Of Firewood (S4) In The Kamienna Góra Forest District, Valid From July 1, 2025). The Ordering Party Informs That Under Part 1 The Key Elements Of The Order Are The Following Services: 1. Cutting Down Trees And Bushes,2. Maintenance And Sanitary Cuts,3. Milling Of Tree Trunks.
