The Scope Of The Task Includes Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Chmielów Along With The Necessary Infrastructure (Construction And Demolition Of A Rainwater Drainage System)2. Scope Of The Task: • Construction Works: Preparation Of The Construction Site, Shell, External Windows And Doors, Finishing, Land Development, Additional Works, Equipment, • Electrical Installations: High-Pressure Line, Energy Distribution, Cable Trays, Equalizing, Plug Socket Installations, Lighting Installation, Power Supply Installation For Water Heaters And Ventilation Devices, It Installation, Multimedia Installations, Installation Lightning Protection, Photovoltaic Installation, Measurements, • Sanitary Installation: Water Installation, Sanitary Sewage Installation, Central Heating Installation. Heat Pump Technology, Ventilation Installation, Air Conditioning Installation, • Rainwater Drainage: External Networks, • Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Ready For The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Technical Documentation (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Which Consists Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Works And Are Intended To Help Contractors Estimate The Costs Of The Order. The Ordering Party Also Publishes Explanations Of The Content Of The Swz From The Previous Canceled Procedure, Which Are Valid In This Procedure. 4. The Costs Of Delivery And Assembly Of All Devices And Installations Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation, Including The Preparation Of Detailed Designs In Consultation With The Investor, If Such Will Be Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Task And Obtaining Certificates, Approval For Use And The Costs Of Start-Up, Instructions, Training And Warranty.5. The Materials Incorporated And Delivered By The Contractor Should Have Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present: A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or A Technical Approval For The Indicated Materials.6. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials. 7. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Performed (Materials And Labor) Is At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Receipt Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing The Final Protocol. 8. If At Any Point In The Swz And In Its Annexes, I.E. Technical Documentation And Bills Of Quantities, The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials Or Devices Used To Perform This Order Are Indicated - Everywhere The Ordering Party Adds The Word Or Equivalent.9.
