1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Concept And A Multi-Discipline Construction Design For The Construction Of Głogowa Street In Chojnice, I.E. From The Intersection Of Leśna-Cisowa-Głogowa Streets To The Intersection Of Głogowa And Strzelecka Streets. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Conditions Issued By The Department Of Municipal Affairs And The Department For Water, Sewage And Energy Management At The Site, Along With The Development Of Detailed, Industry-Specific Investor Cost Estimates (With Their Two Updates During The Warranty Period), As Well As The Authors Supervision During The Warranty/Warranty Period And The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor.2. Scope Of The Order: Length Of Głogowa Street Covered By The Study - Approx. 850 Meters The Scope Of The Project Is Shown In The Graphic Attachment (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz) The Scope Of The Study Includes: A) The Road Industry - A Design For The Construction Of A Road (Road), Sidewalks, A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Intersections, In Accordance With The Issued Conditions B) The Electrical Industry - A Design For The Construction Of Led Street Lighting With Crossing Illumination, In Accordance With The Conditions Issued And Obtained By The Designer C) The Industry Sanitary - Project For The Construction Of A Stormwater Sewage Network In Accordance With The Issued Conditions, D) Telecommunications Industry - Project For The Construction Of Technological Channels, E) Reconstruction Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure In Accordance With The Arrangements Obtained With The Owners, F) Arrangement Of Green Areas (Cutting Down Trees, Replacement Plantings, Arrangement Of Green Areas)
