I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Renovation (Modernization) Works Of The Square And Stairs At The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department Fire Station In Bukowska Wola. The Scope Of Works Includes: The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes Works On The Paved Square Around The Facility, Including The Repair Of The Entrance Stairs To The Fire Station Building And The Development Of Green Areas. In Particular, It Is Planned To Perform: - Preparatory Works - Demolition Works - Earthworks - Foundation - Surface Works - Stairs Works - Finishing And Cleaning Works - Greenery Development - Hardening Of The Area The Works Planned To Be Performed Will Consist In: A) Renovation Of The Road Surface In The Entire Scope And The Area Marked On The Pzt Map, - Demolition Of The Existing Damaged Hardened Tight Surface Made Of Bituminous Mixture, - Supplementation And Profiling Of Breakthrough Places In The Aggregate Base Including Replacing The Damaged Base, - Restoring The Original Condition, I.E. A Hardened, Tight Surface Made Of Paving Stones, B) Renovation Of Pavement Framing Elements From Curbs And Edges, Which Will Consist In Replacing The Damaged Elements With New Ones Without Changing Their Location Or Quantity, C) Renovation Of The Surface On Access Roads And Sidewalks, Consisting In Replacing The Damaged Surface From The Concrete Base With A New Set Of Stones Concrete, D) Renovation Of The Existing Three External Staircases To The Building, Consisting In The Demolition Of Damaged Stair Elements And Their Replacement With New Ones Along With The Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Stair Cladding And Stair Railings, E) Securing The Well Located On The Property F) Development Of Greenery By Planting Around The Building, Including: • Cotoneaster (Cotoneaster Integerrimus) - 64 Pieces • Small-Leaved Linden (Tilia Cordata Mill) -10 Pieces G) Performing Other Accompanying Works, Not Exceeding The Scope Of The Definition Of Renovation, And Required For The Proper Conduct Of Construction Works From A Technological And Legal Point Of View, I.E. Marking The Works, Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. Ii. The Detailed Scope Of Work Results From Annex No. 7 (Opz) To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And From The Template Contract For The Performance Of Works - Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
