The Subject Of The Order Titled: Renovations Of Road Culverts And Bridge Structures In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Includes, Among Others: Construction Of Culverts, Corrugated Plastic Pipes With A Load Category Not Less Than Sn 4, Modernization Of Existing Culverts With Prefabricated Elements, Development Of Prefabricated Or Concrete Abutments, Strengthening Of Slopes And The Bottom Of Ditches At The Inlet And Outlet From The Culvert, Reconstruction Works And Removal Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works Together With Their Transfer For Disposal. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz; - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.2. Subject Means Of Evidence: The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of Subject Means Of Evidence In The Proceedings In Question. In The Event Of The Use Of Materials, Devices, Products Or Solutions Equivalent Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order), The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation.3. Equivalent Solutions.3.1 If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 3.2 The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3.3 If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.4. Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relations
