Description Of The Part Of The Order, If The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers: The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. Postal Activity Is A Regulated Activity Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of March 6, 2018 - Entrepreneurs Law And Requires Entry In The Register Of Postal Operators. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party A Current Certificate Or Other Document Confirming The Contractors Entry In The Register Of Postal Operators Kept By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications, In The Scope Of Postal Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 6 Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law. 4. The Procedure For Awarding A Contract For Universal Postal Services Of The Municipal Office In Ziębice May Be Attended By A Postal Operator Operating Under The Provisions Of The Postal Law Act And Having A Point In The City Of Ziębice That Accepts, Transports And Delivers Parcels In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Or Which Will Open Such A Point In The City Of Ziębice After Selecting The Offer As The Most Advantageous For The Ordering Party. If There Is No Headquarters, Branch Or Branch In The City Of Ziębice, The Contractor Undertakes, Without Any Additional Fee, During The Term Of The Contract, To Indicate A Place In The City Of Ziębice No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Order Are Governed By The Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 5 To Swz.6. Any Indication In The Procurement Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services - Is Not Intended To Violate Art. 16 Pzp. And Art. 99 Section 4 Pzp, But In Particular Serves To Implement Art. 17 Section 1 Point 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
