The Contractor Will Wash 166 Shelters And 160 Bus Platforms In Area No. 1, The Location Of Which Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract. • Washing The Shelter Should Be Understood As: - Washing The Surface Of The Shelter On Both Sides, Without Streaks (All Elements Including The Roof, Bench Or Chairs) Twice A Month (The First Time By The 15Th Day Of Each Month, The Second Time From The 15Th Day To The Last Day Of Each Month, The Exact Date Of The Service Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party); - Removal Of Announcements, Posters, Etc. On An Ongoing Basis, Without The Ordering Partys Request; - Cleaning Of Drainage Gutters Twice A Month (The First Time By The 15Th Day Of Each Month, The Second Time From The 15Th Day To The Last Day Of Each Month, The Exact Date Of The Service Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party); - Removal Of Graffiti Inscriptions Twice A Month (The First Time By The 15Th Day Of Each Month, The Second Time From The 15Th Day Of Each Month, The Second Time From The 15Th Day Of Each Month, The Exact Date Of The Service Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party); Day To The Last Day Of Each Month, The Exact Date Of The Service Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party); - Affixing No Smoking Stickers Provided By The Ordering Party; • Washing The Bus Platform Should Be Understood As: - Washing The Pavement With Water And Detergent With A Ph Of Less Than 8.5 Within A Radius Of 2.5 M From The Shelter Seat Towards The Road Edge And 1 M Around The Shelter Twice A Month (The First Time On The 15Th Day Of Each Month, The Second Time From The 15Th To The Last Day Of Each Month, The Exact Date Of The Service Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party). Bus Platforms Will Be Washed In The Period From April 1, 2026 To October 31, 20262. The Contractor Remains In The So-Called Continuous Readiness To Provide The Service.3. The Contractor Will Ensure Constant Telephone Communication With The Ordering Party (The Telephone Is Open 24 Hours A Day, Also On Public Holidays), As Well As A Permanent Internet Connection, Enabling Contact With The Ordering Party And City Services Via E-Mail 24 Hours A Day.4. The Contractor Will Check E-Mail Every Day.5. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right During The Contract, I.E. Increase The Number Of Washed Shelters In Each Area By A Maximum Of 30 Pcs. And The Number Of Washed Platforms In Each Area By A Maximum Of 30 Pcs. The Option Right May Be Exercised In The Event Of The Construction Of New Stops. In Such A Situation, The Contractors Monthly Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Increased Accordingly To The Number Of Additional Cleaning Of Shelters Or Platforms.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order The Contractor To Perform Emergency Cleaning Of A Shelter Or Platform During The Term Of The Contract (Maximum Of 50 Shelters And 50 Platforms During The Term Of The Contract).
