The Subject Of The Award Is The Planning Services Of Service Phases 1 To 9 In Accordance With Section 38 Hoai For Open-Air Facility Planning - As Part Of The New Construction Of An Acute Care Ward At The Elisabeth Clinic Dortmund, Clinic Marl-Sinsen, Of The Regional Association Of Westphalia-Lippe (Lwl). The Lwl Health And Hospital Committee Has Approved The Expansion With An Investment Volume Of Around 5.7 Million Euros. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Create A New Acute Ward With Twelve Fully Inpatient Treatment Places For Children And Young People In Order To Meet The Growing Demand For Compulsory Psychiatric Care In The Dortmund Area. This Is Intended To Significantly Improve The Spatially Cramped Conditions In The Existing Clinic And Sustainably Strengthen The Supply Situation. The New Ward Is Being Built On The Premises Of The Elisabeth Clinic And Is Intended To Enable The Treatment Of All Acute Child And Adolescent Psychiatric Disorders. The Measure Will Expand The Fully Inpatient Offering For The Region And At The Same Time Relieve The Bed Situation In The Existing Wards. The Planning Services Include, In Particular, Participation In The Design, Approval And Implementation Planning, As Well As The Preparation And Participation In The Awarding Of Construction Services. Construction Is Expected To Start In 2026 And The New Acute Care Ward Will Be Put Into Operation In 2028.
