The Economic Entity Is Obliged To Offer The Object Of Procurement With The Technical Features Described In The Technical Specification. The Client Publishes The Relevant Procurement Procedure With The Following Business Objectives: • Considering That The Client Uses It Systems That Require Extremely High Availability Of 99.9%, It Is The Clients Duty To Ensure The Co-Location Of Ict Equipment For New Systems As Well As Existing Systems Owned By The Client, • To Ensure Data Connections That Will Enable The Client To Have The Availability, Availability And Reliability Necessary For Maximum Productivity Of Human Resources On New And Existing It Systems. The Clients Intention Is To Obtain Flexibility In The Activation, Deactivation And Level Of Use Of Individual Services In Accordance With Business Needs, • Further Improvement Of Business Using Mobile Services And Availability Of Mobile Services For The Needs Of New It Systems In Accordance With Currently Available Technologies. The Client Aims To Achieve Optimal Business Management Using The Services In Question. As A Result Of The Computerization Of Operations (A Strategic Goal Of The Company) In The Coming Period, The Clients Entire Ict System Expects Significant, Complex And Frequent Transformations, Requiring At The Same Time The Availability, Scalability And Continuity Of Ict Services In Use. The Above Requires The Flexibility Of Available External Services That Can Respond To The Clients Requests In A Quick And Efficient Manner At Any Time. The Clients Goal Is To Achieve A More Efficient System Of Activation And Deactivation Of Services, As Well As The Flexibility Of Harmonizing The Technical Parameters Of The Delivered Services With Real Business Needs. The Client Defines Realistic Deadlines For The Preparation And Establishment Of Services, By Monitoring The Execution Of Contracted Slas By Service Providers, More Professional Technical Support And The Achievement Of Sla Contractual Parameters Prescribed By This Procurement Documentation.
