Site-Development Work – Development Of Green And Blue Infrastructure On The Premises Of Primary School No. 12, The Catering And Hotel School Complex And The 5Th Secondary School. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of The Area At The Primary School No. 12, The Catering And Hotel School Complex And The 5Th Secondary School In Kalisz, Together With The Unsealing Of Impervious Surfaces, The Construction Of Retention Reservoirs With An Irrigation System Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.6 Of The Swz. Construction Works Involving The Development Of The Area At The Primary School No. 12, The Catering And Hotel School Complex And The 5Th Secondary School In Kalisz, Together With The Unsealing Of Impervious Surfaces And The Construction Of Retention Reservoirs With An Irrigation System, Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Adaptation To Climate Change - Development Of Green And Blue Infrastructure In Kalisz, Which Is Co-Financed By The European Fund Regional Development Under The European Funds For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program. 2. The Material Scope Covered By This Procedure Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works; 2) Construction Of Permeable Hardened Surfaces: A) Communication Systems, Including: Access Roads, Fire Protection, Maneuvering Areas, Parking Spaces With Parking Spaces. People With Disabilities And Bus Routes; B) Bicycle Squares; C) Construction Of A Mineral-Resin Surface; 6) Construction Of A Sensory Path (Educational) With Equipment; 7) Construction Of Three Underground Rainwater Tanks Along With The Construction Of An Internal Rainwater Drainage System To Discharge Rainwater Into The Tanks, As Well As Water Supply Installations (Supplying The Tanks With Water In The Event Of A Long-Term Drought) And Irrigation Systems For Green Areas, As Well As Installations Supplying Pumping Stations, Pumps And Watering Controllers; Including Replanting Of Existing Plants; 9) Reclamation/Reconstruction Of Green Areas After Construction Works; 13) Construction Of New Energy-Saving External Lighting Walls, 14) Modernization Of External Lighting (Replacement Of Outdoor Lighting Fixtures); Energy-Saving), 15) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, Garbage Shelters, Pergolas/Vine Frames; Recreational Equipment For The Sensory Garden, Regulation Board, Vine Frames (On The Facades), Deckchairs, Fences, Flagpoles; And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order Will Commence The Execution Of The Order Immediately After Concluding The Contract With
