Construction Work – Sallingvej 100158 And Bellahøjvej 100363. This Tender Includes Two Connected Construction Projects Under The Grøndalsparken Masterplan – The Cloudbreak And Restoration Project On Sallingvej And Bellahøjvej. The Projects Are Carried Out As One Joint Construction Project In A Collaboration Between Tmf As The Client, Two Advisory Teams And The Winning Contractor, Which Is Described In More Detail In The Cooperation Agreement. The Contractor Is Involved Early On, And Is First Involved In Designing The Implementation Project As Part Of A Joint Team, Where The Solutions Are Developed In Close Dialogue Between The Client, Advisers And Contractor. This Form Of Cooperation Must Ensure That The Project Is Buildable, Efficient And Of High Quality. When The Execution Project Has Been Designed, The Contractor Moves To The Execution Phase As Main Contractor And Is Responsible For The Construction Works On Both Projects. The Goal Is To Create A Unified, Coherent Solution, Where Climate Adaptation, Recovery And Urban Space Are Improved In A Coordinated Process - To The Benefit Of Both The City And The Citizens. Sallingvej The Project Consists Of Three Elements: Cloudburst Protection, Road Restoration And Measures To Improve Urban Space. The Three Elements Must Be Thought Together Into A Holistic Solution That Combines Climate Adaptation, Functionality And Urban Quality. The Overall Project Area Includes The Following Two Sub-Areas: 1. The Section From Randbølvej To Limfjordsvej 2. The Section From Jyllingevej To Lupinvej The Projects Three Sub-Elements Are Distributed Among The Sub-Areas As Follows: • The Cloudburst Protection Covers The Section From Randbølvej To Limfjordsvej. • The Restoration Includes The Entire Stretch From Jyllingevej To Lupinvej. • The Measures To Improve Urban Space Include Both Sub-Areas And Are Integrated With Planting, Accessibility And Traffic Improvements. The Work Includes The Establishment Of New Rainwater Systems, Restoration Of Roads, Cycle Paths And Pavements To Contemporary Standards As Well As Improvement Of Urban Spaces And Green Elements In Accordance With Copenhagen Municipalitys Standards And The Projects Overall Vision. Bellahøjvej The Project Consists Of Four Elements: Storm Protection, Restoration, A Safe School Road Effort And Greening Measures. All Four Elements Must Be Combined Into A Holistic Solution. The Total Project Area Includes The Following Three Sub-Areas: 1. Brønshøjvej Between Fuglsangs Allé And Bellahøjvej 2. Bellahøjvej Between Brønshøjvej And Slotsherrensvej 3. The Green Area On The Corner Bellahøjvej/Slotsherrensvej With Bunkers/Protection Rooms. The Projects Four Sub-Elements Are Distributed Among The Sub-Areas As Follows: • The Cloudburst Protection Covers All Three Sub-Areas. • The Greening Measures Only Cover Bellahøjvej And Brønshøjvej. • The Restoration Only Includes Bellahøjvej. • The Sikkerskolevej Effort Only Covers The Intersection Bellahøjvej/Brønshøjvej.
