The Supplier (Elevator Maintenance Company) Is Responsible For The Proper Maintenance Of The Elevators In Compliance With The Maintenance Programs. The Supplier Is Also Responsible For Ensuring That The Elevators Are In The Condition Required By Applicable Regulations After Maintenance And Repairs. A Fixed-Term Contract Is Drawn Up For The Procurement For Two (2) Years.
