Overhaul Works On Coal And Oil Firing Equipment Of Units 56 During Annual Overhaul Period 2025-26.-1 Servicing of igniter guide pipe assemblies/Fllame scanner guide pipe assemblies. 2 Servicing of oil gun assemblies (3Nos. per corner i.e. 12 Nos. per Boiler). 3 Dismantling of wornout coal burner assemblies and trasnporting them to 16mtrs. feeder floor from respective elevations (6Nos. per corner i.e., 24 Nos. per Boiler). 4 Transporting and erection of reconditioned / new coal burner assemblies from 16mts. feeder floor to respective EL (6Nos. per corner i.e., 24Nos. per Boiler). 5 Servicing of auxiliary air nozzles ( 4Nos per corner i.e., 16 Nos per Boiler). 6 Servicing of oil nozzles ( 3Nos per corner i.e., 12Nos per Boiler). 7 Servicing / replacement of drive shaft of the burner tilt mechanism (3Nos. drive shafts per corner i.e., 12Nos per Boiler). 8 Servicing of burner tilt linkage mechanism and correcting for synchronous operation in all 4 corners.(4 corners in each unit). 9 Servicing of aux. Air dampers in 4 corners (13Nos per corner i.e. 52 Nos. per Boiler)(4 corners in each unit). 10 Seam welding of wind box duct/deflector plates/brazing rods. 11 Repairs of damaged auxiliary air/oil nozzles.
