Tender For Improvement To Cupboards In Certain Smqs And Other Minor Works At 54 Asp, Af Stn Gurgaon Under Ge (Af) Gurgaon No 1 - Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L for Brick work with sub-Class ‘B’ bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Taking down cement or cement lime plasterof any description on bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 5 M&L 15mm thick rendering other then fair faces of brick workor concrete surfacesinCM 1:6, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M&L for Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of WALLS and applying TWO COATS of DISTEMPER OIL EMULSION (OIL BOUND WASHABLE DISTEMPER) over a Coat of CHALK WHITING, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services). 7 Dismantling ofwall/ floor tile including backing coat any description or any thickness beded and pointed in any cement motar and removal to out of MD land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 8 M&L non skid ceramiccoloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangulararea of each tilesexceeding 0.11 Square but not exceeding0.18 Sqm in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in cementmotar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M&L for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cementslurry over 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etcall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 M&L for 25 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, cup board shelves, self slab and like cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including mirror polishing and bull nosing edging in any position etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M&L for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required andpointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for granite/kota stone ,concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab for cup board shelves or flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing ,bull nosing edging and polishing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (withour taking off shutters from the frame all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 Taking down Chowkhats or frames n exc 1.5 Sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 S&F steel wardrobe shutter of 20 Gauge with steel Chowkhat/Frame of 22 Gauge including 100mm size lock (01 Nos each wordrobe) and 200mm long handles (02 Nos each wordrobe) alongwith surface of shutter, chowkhat finished with two coat synthetic enamel/oil paint over one coat red oxide primer in the form of wooden grain pattern complete all asspecifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 S&F stainless steel25mm dia tubular curtain rods in wardrobe/almirah with brackets ,stops, rollers and wall to wall etc all as specified and direced by Engr-in-Charge. 17 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 18 Removing exavated material exc 250m and n.exc 500m and depositing whre directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 m above startingpoint complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 19 M&L providing 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 M&L glossy chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments in any colour machine preassed glazed , over cement screed bed 15mm thick cement motor 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 21 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil 22 M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge 24 Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge 25 S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified 26 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified 27 M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide/ zinc chrome all as specified and directed.
