(If required) 14 Dismantling, repairing & overhauling of MIV door seal and Shaft seal. Overhauling & testing of electrical panels of GOV OPU pump-motor, MIV OPU pump-motor andboth leakage units. 15 Calibration of Oil level indicator & transmitter of oil sump, Electronic pressure switch on pressure receiver tank and other transducer in both OPU systems. 16 Replacing and providing of 02 no limit switches of MIV and 02 no air safety valve (working pressure: 60Kg/sq. cm) of OPU system. 17 Dismantling of Draft tube cone, fixing of dummy flange over draft tube & making plateform etc. 18 Dismantling and workshop repair of pivot Ring including repair/replacement of SS Liner plate, welding of damaged holes and drilling new holes for lower bush housing. 19 Workshop repair of Bottom Static labyrinth & Fixing of Bottom Static Labyrinth. 20 Repair of Lower Bush Housings including repair of its hole and replacement of damaged gun metal bushes / Replacement of Lower bush housing if required. 21 Dismantling and Workshop Repairing of Guide Vane. 22 Dismantling and Repairing of 13 Bladed Francis Runner along with 02 no runner cones, top and bottom moving labyrinth. 23 Repair of Upper Bush Housings including replacement of damaged gun metal bushes / Replacement of upper bush housing if required. 24 In-situ repair of top cover with repair / replacement of SS Liner plate by bolting arrangement. 25 Workshop repair of Top Static labyrinth & Fixing of Top Static Labyrinth. 26 Replacement of Turbine sealing Assembly. Lubrication System 42 Overhauling of UAT, NGT, SPVT Cubicle, ET, Regulation panel and Instrument panel 43 Overhauling and testing of Special instruments (RTDs, DTTs, Oil level switches, water flow meters, Pressure gauge, Visual flow Indicators, Space heaters etc) 44 Overhauling and testing of Brake Dust collector system, Blower Unit 45 Inspection, testing and cleaning of 11KV Bus duct 46 Assembling/Box up of Machine and allied accessories fitted with 47 Testing and Dry out running of machine 48 Providing and Installation of 100mm motorised valve including gear housing, motor, limit switch, seals, enclosure and mounting base with all amterial, T&P and other consumables as per detailed scope. 49 Modification of existing system for flushing in duplex strainer creating regular chocking problem including cutting, drilling, grinding, machining, machining the surface of strainer bucket and replace with modified system including all consumable T&P and labour. 50 Making a common header for all duplex strainer drain pipe for flushing waste water including all consumable T&P and labour and scope of work. 51 Automation of installed flushing system for flushing of incoming high PPM alongwith debris in cooling water system including installation of local automated panel, cost of all cables, as per the technical specification and scope of work. 52 Overhauling and servicing of Air handling units having DIDW centrifugal fan of capacity 200000 m3/Hr including cleaning, rebalance, align, tighten, greasing of wheel, bent shaft, belts, bearings,mounting belts, demper etc and replacement fo any faulty parts if required all consumable T&P and labour as per the technical specification and scope of work. 53 Overhauling and servicing of Air handling units having DIDW centrifugal fan of capacity 140000 m3/Hr including cleaning, rebalance, align, tighten, greasing of wheel, bent shaft, belts, bearings,mounting belts, demper etc and replacement fo any faulty parts if required all consumable T&P and labour as per the technical specification and scope of work. 54 Overhauling and servicing of Cooling water pumps alongwith cylcone separator including Dismantling, cleaning, lubrication, replacement of all seals, Replacement of bearing, sleeve, neck ring, bushes(if Required), Repairing of impeller (If Required) and assembling including all consumable T&P and labour as per the technical specification and scope of work. 55 overhauling and servicing of Birfucated type tube axialexhaust air fan capacity 10000 m3/Hr including cleaning, alingment, repair and adjust the shaft, bearing, motor etc and replace if required including all consumable T&P and labour as per the technical specification and scope of work. 56 servicing and overhauling of Air cooled packaged ac units having capacity of 16.5 TR make - bluestar including cleaning, checking leaks, repairing, of air filter, thermostat, electrical circuit including transformer, compressor, blower fan, fuse, belt etc and change if required including all consumable T&P and labour as per the technical specification and scope of work. 57 Repairing of fresh air, exhaust air and AC duct including cleaning and checking leakage, reapring of such areas with filling gaps including all consumable T&P and labour as per the technical specification and scope of work. 58 Checking of all electrical connection, Relays, Limit Switch, Rubber Seal of LT Panel of HVAC System and change if required including all consumable T&P and labour.
