Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – Cleaning Of Ventilation Ducts And Elements. Cleaning Works Of Ventilation Ducts, Anemostats And Extractor Hoods Operated In Ak Spas. Approximately 14,000 Running Meters Of Pipeline, Approx. 6,000 Supply And Exhaust Elements (Anemostats) And Approx. The Task To Be Performed Is The Cleaning Of 18 Grease And Vapor Extraction Elements. The Aim Is To Ensure The Proper Quality Of The Air By Regularly Cleaning The Ducts And Pipes Of The Air-Conditioning Equipment, Which Meets The Requirements Prescribed By The Relevant Laws And Standards. At Aks Premises, There Are Several Air Handling Devices With Different Technologies, All Of Which Need To Be Cleaned - Both The Outdoor And Indoor Units. The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Carry Out Scheduled Cleaning Activities Twice A Year (Every 6 Months) Prior To The Heating And Cooling Periods, As Well As Ad Hoc And Emergency Cleaning Activities Until The Huf 60,000,000 Limit Specified In The Framework Contract Is Exhausted, Through Ad Hoc Orders. The Framework Contract Is For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months, Which Can Be Extended For An Additional 12 Months With Aks Unilateral Declaration, But No More Than Until The Framework Sum Is Exhausted. Ak Undertakes To Draw 80% Of The Total Amount. The Tenderer Provided The Quantity Of The Ventilation Ducts, Anemostats, Grease And Vapor Extraction Elements To Be Cleaned (In Flow Meter: Fm, Units: Number Of Pieces) For Informational Purposes Only And For The Purpose Of Comparability Of The Offers. During The Scope Of The Framework Contract, The Tenderer Is Entitled To Order The Cleaning Of The Ventilation Ducts Until The Framework Amount Is Exhausted. The Detailed Requirements Are Contained In The Technical Description That Is Part Of The Other Public Procurement Documents.
