The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Comprehensive And Intelligent Management Of Outdoor Public Lighting, Renovation And Maintenance Of Indoor Lighting And Electrical And Thermal Installations Of Municipal Buildings And Offices And Ornamental Fountains In The City Of Huelva, And To Serve As An Operational Tool For The Pursuit Of The Objectives Of Energy Efficiency, Operational Improvement, Digitalization And Innovation Marked By The Municipal Strategies (Urban Agenda, Municipal Plan Against Climate Change And Innovation Master Plan, Through The Objective Of Carbon Neutrality). The Ultimate Goal Of The Contract Is To Structure The Actions To Implement The Development Of Energy Strategies Framed In The Innovation Master Plan Of The Huelva City Council 2024-2027. Based On This Plan, The Huelva City Council Is Committed To Innovation As An Essential Factor To Accelerate Its Urban Development Under The Triple Logic Of Economic, Social And Environmental Sustainability.
