Job Search Services – Framework Agreement International Nursing Staff For Health Nord Ggmbh - Placement Of Nursing Staff From Abroad. Due To The Existing Shortage Of Skilled Workers In The Nursing Sector And The Increasing Burden Of Demographic Changes, The Health North Hospital Association Sees The Need To Recruit More Qualified Nursing Specialists From Abroad. This Measure Is Intended To Ensure Care In The Various Clinics In The Network And At The Same Time Reduce The Workload Of The Existing Nursing Staff. So Far, Gesundheit Nord Has Recruited Around 200 International Nursing Staff As Part Of An Initial Award Period From 2021 To 2024, With Another 200 Candidates Planned For The Years 2026 To 2031. Health North Is Looking For Several Partner Agencies To Recruit Up To Around 200 Candidates From India, The Philippines And Vietnam. Other Countries Of Origin Are Possible With The Written Consent Of The Client. The Aim Of Gesundheit Nord Ggmbh Is To Continually Recruit In Third Countries And Thus To Fill Vacant Positions In The Areas Of Health And Nursing Quickly, Resource-Saving And Efficiently With New, Qualified Employees.
