Viborg Municipality Is Issuing This Eu Tender Regarding A Main Contract For The Transformation Of The Urban Spaces In Viborg Cathedral Quarter - A Cultural Powerhouse That Brings Together The Areas Attractions Into A Coherent Attraction. The Cathedral District Is Rich In History About Viborgs Role Over The Centuries, Which Unfolds Both Above And Below Ground In The Form Of Hidden Ruins, Old Cemeteries, Historic Buildings, Memorials And Monuments. Ab18 With Additions Applies To The Main Contract. The Contracting Authority Expects To Prequalify 5 Tenderers To Submit Offers For The Contract. After The Application Deadline Has Expired, The Developer Checks Whether The Application Is Fit For Purpose, Which Means That The Following Points Have Been Met: • The Application Has Been Received On Time And Via The Tendering System, • The Application Contains The Required Information, • No Reservation Has Been Made For Basic Elements In The Tender Material, • The Application Complies With All Minimum Requirements. If One Or More Of The Above Points Are Not Met, The Application Will Generally Not Be Included In The Possible Further Selection And Tender Process. The Client Is Entitled, But Not Obliged, To Obtain Missing Information, If This Can Be Done In Accordance With Section 159, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 5. During The Selection Process, The Client Will Place Emphasis On The Information That The Applicants Have Submitted In Espdet Part Iii, Section C (Technical And Professional Ability In The Form Of References). In The Pre-Qualification Application, The Applicant Must Demonstrate That He Has The Necessary Experience For The Offered Task In Relation To The Execution Of Similar Tasks As Well. When Assessing The Applicants References, Emphasis Will Be Placed On The Main Contractors References Documenting Experience With Construction Works Of A Complexity Corresponding To The Current Task. The Client Will Carry Out An Overall Assessment Of The Above Criteria. If More Than Five (5) Fit Applications Are Received, Which Are Not Covered By The Grounds For Exclusion Cf. The Tender Conditions, And Which Meet The Suitability Requirements, The 5 Applicants Who Meet The Minimum Requirements For Participation And Who, In Light Of The Task Offered, Have The Best Technical And Professional Ability And Who Ensure The Best Field Of Competition In Accordance With The Above Procedure, Will Be Selected/Prequalified.
