These Must In Particular Meet The Following Properties And Requirements: - Fully Modular Ballistic Protective Vest System In The Form Of A Base Plate Carrier In Protection Levels Vpam 3/7 - Ballistic Flank Protection Vpam 6 - Front And Back Plate Hard Ballistics Vpam 9 Standalone - Ballistic Shoulder Saddle With Collar Without Ballistic Gap Vpam 3 - Ballistic Throat Protection Vpam 3 - Ballistic Upper Arm Protection Vpam 3 - Ballistic Groin Protection Vpam 6 Standalone - Abdominal Protection Element Vpam 6 Standalone - Ballistic Belt System Vpam 3 - Accessory And Magazine Pouches Including Attachment Elements - Transport Bag Detailed Information Can Be Found In The Tender Documents, Which Will Be Transmitted After A Confidentiality Declaration Has Been Submitted. The Binding Purchase Quantity (Minimum Purchase Quantity) In The Years 2026 To 2027 Is 247 Sets Of Ballistic Protective Vest Systems In Accordance With A.1.1.0 And A.1.2.0 Of The Service Description As Well As Accessories In Accordance With A.1.3.0 Of The Service Description (See Section Ii.1.6.1 Contract Document). For The Years 2026 To 2030, A Non-Binding Total Requirement Of 88 Sets Of Ballistic Protective Vest Systems Vpam 3/6/7/9 In Accordance With A.1.1.0 And A.1.2.0 Of The Service Description Including Accessories In Accordance With A.1.3.0 Of The Service Description Can Be Assumed (Non-Binding Purchase Quantity). There Is No Entitlement To Purchase A Specific Quantity Beyond The Binding Minimum Purchase Quantity Stated For The Years 2026 To 2030. Since This Is A Framework Agreement, The Non-Binding Purchase Quantities May Be Exceeded Or Fallen Short Of During The Contract Term. The Maximum Purchase Value Agreed For The Entire Contract Term Including All Contract Extensions Is 2,000,000.00 Euros Net.
