1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The Municipal Health Center At Ul. Centralna 12 In Kobierz. The Scope Of The Order Includes: The Scope Of Works Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of The Building, Consisting In Particular Of: 1) Dismantling The Existing Roofing Made Of Bituminous Shingles, Underlayment Felt, Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes, 2) Replacing (If Necessary) The Formwork With 25 Mm Thick Boards Made Of C24 Wood With Impregnation (Protection Against Biological Corrosion And Fire Protection)3) Installation Of An Underlay Layer Made Of Bituminous Membrane With A Grammage Of 550G/M24) Installation Of A Roof Covering With Two-Layer Bituminous Shingles 5.4 Mm Thick In A Shade Of Brown And Additional Elements,5) Supplementation Of Flashings Made Of Coated Sheet Metal6) Installation Of New Gutters And Pipes Drain Pipes Made Of Galvanized Sheet Metal. 0.55 Mm Painted Brown, 7) Renovation Of Chimneys Using A Light Wet Method, Silicate Plaster, 8) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System, 9) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. Note: Construction Works Will Be Performed On An Active Public Utility Facility. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Continuity Of Operation Of The Facility And To Carry Out The Works In A Manner That Does Not Pose Any Danger. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Detailed Requirements, Scope And Conditions Of Its Implementation, Were Included In: A) Design Documentation (Annex No. 4 To The Swz) B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 5 To The Swz) C) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Swz) D) Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), Which Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contract For Construction Works Will Be A Lump-Sum Remuneration Contract, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Quantity Of Works Against The Design Documentation. E) Contract Template (Appendix No. 3 To Swz).
