Task 3 – Design And Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along Ul. Wkrzańska Along The Railway Line On The Section From The Police Dąbrówka Skm Station To The Railway Viaduct Along Ul. Przęsocińskathe Bicycle Path In This Section Is Approximately 1 Km Long. In The Initial Section, The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Is Planned In The Primary Area Designated In The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Construction Of A Road Along With The Necessary Infrastructure. Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Local Spatial Development Plan, It May Be Necessary To Design A Road In This Section In The Target Layout, Which Will Be Implemented In Stages. The Construction Of A Road On This Section May Be Proceeded Under The Zrid Decision, As The Construction Of A Public Road Or As Part Of A Building Permit. On A Further Section, Where There Is No Local Development Plan, A Bicycle Path Should Be Proceeded Under The Right Of Disposal Obtained From The Owner Of The Plot, Which Is The State Forests, Or It Is Possible To Build A Road On Which Traffic Will Be Limited And On Which Bicycle Traffic Will Take Place. The Road Will Serve As An Emergency Exit From The City, Or As Access To The Railway Plot And Forest Areas. The Construction Of A Road Under The Zrid Procedure Will Involve The Allocation Of A Plot Of Land For The Construction Of The Road. At The Stage Of Preparing Construction Documentation, The Possibilities Of Building A Bicycle Path Should Be Analyzed And The Most Favorable Possible Procedure Should Be Used In Terms Of Obtaining A Building Permit And Road Construction. According To The Preliminary Analysis, The Construction Of The Bicycle Road Section In Question Involves The Need To Separate A Road Lane On The Forest Plot When Obtaining The Right To Use The Property And Thus Building A Bicycle Path On The State Forest Plot Will Not Be Possible.
