The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Construction Of A 3X3 Basketball Court On The Premises Of The Zawady Sports Center In Białystok.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Development Of A Replacement Architectural And Construction Design And Obtaining A Replacement Building Permit. Development Of Technical Designs, Executive Documentation, Design And Cost Estimate, And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Based On The Concept Developed In Accordance With The Ffu And Agreed With The Investor; 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With Land Development Based On The Developed Technical Documentation Along With Full Surveying Services And As-Built Inventory. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works And Built-In Devices, Under Which It Is Obliged To Provide Repairs And Replacement Of Damaged Or Worn Elements, As Well As Warranty Service Including Technical Inspections And Maintenance Throughout The Entire Warranty Period.5.
