The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Environmental Documentation, Including The Preparation Of Reconnaissance Documentation, A Program And Spatial Concept In The Form Of A Land Development Plan, The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including A Construction Design In Accordance With The Construction Law And Other Studies Required By The Public Procurement Law Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Preparation Of A Construction Expertise Along With A Geotechnical And Structural Analysis, Preparation Of Conceptual Documentation, Preparation Of Environmental Documentation Together With An Application For Issuing A Decision On Environmental Conditions, Documentation In The Field Of Impact Assessment Impact On The Environment For The Project And Consulting Services Until The Resolution Of The Administrative Proceedings Initiated With An Application For Issuance Of An Environmental Decision And Obtaining A Final Building Permit Decision. 2. The Aim Of The Planned Investment Is To Superstructure The Operated Ballast Waste Landfill And To Adapt The Wedge Created Between The Landfills Indicated Below For The Purposes Of Waste Storage, Together With The Relocation Of The Existing Infrastructure That Conflicts With The Proposed Solutions, If Necessary, Which Will Result In An Extension Of The Operational Period Waste Landfill In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. 3.
