The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Confectionery Products For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Establishments In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship And Zdrowo-Cyfrowo In Kindergarten Ii, Order Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1 - Successive Delivery Of Confectionery Products For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Establishments Voivodeship In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship And Healthy-Digital In Kindergarten Ii - To The Training Center And School Youth Hostel In Czudec, Ul. Rzeszowska 822. Products Should Be Placed In A Single Layer. Packaging Should Protect The Product Against Damage And Contamination, And Should Be Clean, Dry, Free Of Foreign Odors And Mechanical Damage. All Products Must Be Fresh, Produced No Earlier Than 12 Hours Before Delivery. Products Must Be Made Of High-Quality Raw Materials, Without The Use Of Substances Prohibited By Law (In Accordance With The Food And Nutrition Safety Act).3. Each Unit Of The Confectionery Product Must Be Marked In A Permanent And Legible Manner, Containing At Least The Following Information: Product Name, Full, Customarily Accepted Or Descriptive Name (E.G. Cheesecake With Peaches) Ingredients Date Of Minimum Durability Or Best-Before Date Net Weight / Unit Quantity Storage Conditions Data Identifying The Manufacturer Or Supplier. 4. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Take Care Of The Natural Environment By, Among Others, Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Refraining From Using Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Performance Of The Contract, Etc.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding Each Of The Parts Into Which The Order Was Divided Can Be Found In The Annexes To The Swz - Material And Price Forms, Appropriate For A Given Part Of The Order.6.
