However, The Contractors Remuneration Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order May Not Exceed The Financial Resources Secured In The Ordering Partys Budget.4.10.1 The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465). 4.10.2 The Requirements For Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Relationship Apply To Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - This Obligation Does Not Apply To Situations Where These Works Will Be Performed Independently And Personally By Natural Persons Running A Business In The Form Of The So-Called Self-Employment As A Subcontractor.4.10.3 The Method Of Verification Of Employment, As Well As The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With Employment Requirements A
