1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Authors Supervision As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Municipal Street. Szosowa In Strzyżowice - Improving The Communication Route In The Commune.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Etc. Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Along With Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads - Spec Of The Road Act.3. At The Offer Stage, Divisions Of 15 Plots Were Accepted. As Part Of The Design Work, In The First Stage, A Design Concept Should Be Prepared Containing Solutions In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account The Terrain Conditions In The Area In Question, I.E. The Width Of The Existing Road Plots. The Concept Should Include The Following Elements:4.1. Two-Way Road,4.2. Drainage: Storm Sewage System, Drainage Ditch, 4.3. Street Lighting Design,4.4. Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, 4.5. Reconstruction/Securing Of Existing Road Infrastructure In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Obtained By The Contractor From Network Operators.5. Additional Requirements:5.1. The Contractor Of The Design Documentation Is Responsible For The Quality, Reliability, Compliance With Applicable Regulations, Standards, Guidelines And Instructions, Modernity And Economy Of The Solutions Used.5.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Carry Out The Works And Will Make Any Necessary Changes In The Studies Resulting From Them. The Design Documentation Must Be Comprehensive To The Extent Enabling The Implementation Of The Works. If It Is Found That There Are Elements Not Included In The Study But Necessary To Obtain Appropriate Decisions Or Carry Out The Works, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Commission Them To Another Entity At The Contractors Expense.5.3.
