Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Design Documentation Is Checked In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law In Terms Of The Correctness And Completeness Of The Solutions Used And Their Compliance With Currently Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations And Standards.2/ The Designer Or Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On The Design Documentation With The Ordering Party At Individual Stages Of Its Implementation In The Form Of Consultations On The Intended Design Solutions And Their Modification According To The Ordering Partys Guidelines, Unless They Conflict With The Applicable Regulations.
