1. Type Of Contract: Construction Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Przeworno Commune.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Replacement Of 570 Non-Energy-Saving Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures.4. In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Government Fund Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program (Edition 9 - We Light Up Poland), Led Lighting Fixtures Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Meet All Of The Following Conditions: A) Be Manufactured In The European Union Or Approved For Use In The European Union, B) Provide The Possibility Of Remote Control Of The Fixtures Functions (Such As Dimming, Changing Light Profiles Or Integration With Lighting Management Systems) Without The Need For Structural Modifications Of The Fixture, C) Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i Or Equivalent.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program For The Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Przeworno Commune, Prepared By Abt Projekt Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Brzeska 26, 55-200 Oława, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Technical Solutions, Devices And Equipment Used Are Of High Quality Ensuring Long And Reliable Operation, And That All Devices, Works And Installations Not Specifically Mentioned In The Standards Or Regulations Are Made In Accordance With The Construction Practice And Experience Of The Contractor, Including: 1) All Proposed Devices Should Come From Manufacturers Who Ensure Efficient Post-Warranty Repairs And The Supply Of Spare Parts; It Is Not Allowed To Use Prototype Devices That Have Not Been Tested In Proper Operation,2) When Selecting Devices, Efforts Should Be Made To Standardize Manufacturers And Types,3) Design Elements Of Devices Should Be Made Of Materials Resistant To The Corrosive Effects Of The Environment In Which They Will Be Installed.7. After Completing The Works In The Road, The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Condition Of The Road Surface To The Condition Before The Commencement Of The Works.8. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Rules Regarding Payment Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.9. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Swz. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Offered Price In Accordance With The Price Calculation Presented In Ann
