1. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Reconstruction Of The Access Road Located Along The Property At Ul. Wrocławska No. 164, 166, 166A Leading To The Nursery Currently Under Construction. The Road Undergoing Reconstruction Is Located On Plots No. 527/21, 527/13, 527/24 (Ciświca Cadastral District) Located In Jarocin At Ul. Wrocławska. The Reconstruction Of The Road With A Length Of 143.00 M Involves Changing The Existing Cinder And Gravel Surface To A 5.00 M Wide Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, Along With The Construction Of Exits To The Properties And The Construction Of Surfaces On The Existing Parking Lanes. As Part Of The Task, A Storm Sewage System Should Also Be Constructed, Which Leads Through The Designed Separator To The Existing Lipinka Watercourse. Due To The Fact That The Road Planned For Construction Is The Only Access Road To The Nursery Currently Under Construction At Ul. Wrocławska In Jarocin, The Contractor Is Obliged To Build A Temporary Road Enabling Access Of Construction Vehicles To The Nursery Under Construction, And Then Dismantle And Tidy Up The Area. The Temporary Road In Question Was Included In The Offer Cost Estimate. The Proposal For The Route Of The Temporary Road Is Presented In The Graphic Attachment Entitled Temporary Route. The Graphic Attachment Should Be Treated As A Diagram. The Temporary Road Is Intended To Provide Passage For Heavy Traffic. The Scope Of Work Includes: Leveling The Area, Correcting Tree Crowns, Hardened Surface, Arches, Protection (Blocking Parking Spaces), Markings (E.G.
