I. The Subject Of The Order Is Catching And Transporting Homeless Animals: Dogs And Cats From The Miechów Commune And Providing Them With Care In A Shelter For Homeless Animals In 2026. Ii. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Tasks: A) Catching A Homeless Animal From The Commune And City Of Miechów And Transporting It To A Shelter Within A Maximum Time Limit. 12 Hours From The Telephone Notification By An Employee Of The Commune Office, The Municipal Guard In Miechów Or A Police Officer From The District Police Headquarters In Miechów) Taking Actions Related To The Protection Of An Injured Animal (Including Taking And Delivering It To A Veterinary Facility) As A Result Of A Traffic Incident In The Miechów Commune, Which Will Take Place Immediately, But No Later Than 2 Hours From The Telephone Notification To The Contractor By An Employee Of The Commune Office, A Municipal Guard Or A Police Officer From District Police Headquarters In Miechowiec) The Service Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day On Working Days, Holidays And Holidays. D) Electronic Marking Of Animals;E) Keeping Records Of Caught Animals;F) Providing Food And Appropriate Accommodation For Homeless Animals Brought To The Shelter;G) Keeping Records Of Accepting And Releasing Animals And A Register Of Veterinary Treatments Performed.H) Submitting The Following Documents With The Invoice: 1) Monthly Information On The Condition Of Animals In The Shelter, I.E. The Number Of Animals Admitted To The Shelter And The Number Removed From The Shelter, Along With The Reason Including The Dates Of These Events (Reported By The Miechów Commune And Authorized Entities)2) The Number Of Dogs Put Up For Adoption And Returned To Their Owners Along With A Photocopy Of The Adoption Contract Or The Protocol Of Transferring The Animal To The Owner. 3) The Number Of Dogs Euthanized, Deaths And Possible Escapes, 4) Printouts Containing Color Photos Of Animals, 5) A List Of The Numbers Of Implanted Electronic Identifiers Chips, I) Providing Veterinary Care For Homeless Animals Transported To The Shelter, Which Includes: - 15-Day Quarantine - Treatment - Obligatory Sterilization/Castration Of Animals - In Justified Cases - Euthanasia Of Animalsj) Searching For Owners For Homeless Animals Staying In A Shelter. K) The Ordering Party Requires That The Above-Mentioned Services Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, In Particular: - The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws 2023.1580, Consolidated Text) - The Provisions Of The Act Of March 11, 2004 On The Protection Of Animal Health And Combating Infectious Animal Diseases (Journal Of Laws 2023.1075) I.E.)
