• Drafting Of An Internal Note For Agents Of The Contracting Authority (Spw – Mobility And Infrastructure) Allowing Them To Assess The Need To Provide (Or Not) Insurance As Part Of Their Contract, To Determine The Type Of Insurance To Be Provided And To Calibrate It (Amount Of Insurance Coverage, Management Of Possible Exclusions, Etc.); • Drafting Of Specific Insurance Clauses To Be Included In The Specifications For Works, Supplies, Services, Concessions, As Well As On Compliance With These Clauses, Contracts Or Proposals For Insurance Contracts Produced By, As The Case May Be, The Candidates, Tenderers Or Successful Bidders Concerned In Order To Satisfy Said Clauses; • Assistance In The Management Of Claims And Advice On The Possibility Of Using, In The Event Of Claims, Insurance That It Has Taken Out Or That Third Parties Have Taken Out For Its Benefit; To Assist Him In The Procedures For This Purpose; To Defend Its Interests With The Insurer(S) Concerned If Applicable; • On Any Insurance-Related Questions.
