The City Of Edmonton Is Hiring A Consultant For A Project Titled Measuring Energypoverty In Edmonton: Baseline Assessment And Action Plan (The “Project”), Workthat Is Required For The City To Participate In The Gcom’S Eapp And Climate Activationefforts To Effectively Alleviate Energy Poverty For Marginalized Edmontonians. The Project Consists Of The Following Distinct But Interconnected Phases To Be Delivered By Theconsultant:1. Develop An Energy Poverty Indicator Framework And Assessmentmethodology That Showcases Edmonton’S Current Efforts And Leverages Industrybest Practices2. Complete A Baseline Assessment Of Energy Poverty In Edmonton, Byimplementing The Methodology And Analysing The Findings Against The Indicators3. If Applicable, Develop An Energy Poverty Reduction Target And Action Planthat Provides A Roadmap Of Projects That, If Implemented, Would Alleviate Energypoverty. (Optional)
