The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area Is Preparing The Procurement Of A Comprehensive Oral Healthcare Service For Adult Patients. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is To Manage Costs Using A Predictive Pricing Model And To Establish A Long-Term Relationship Between The Customer And The Service Provider. The Goal Of The Welfare Area Is For The Service Provider To Take Overall Responsibility For The Customers Care. This Means That The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Care Of The Customers Oral Health For A Comprehensively Determined Period Of Time. The Goal Is To Move From Procedure-Specific Pricing To A Customer-Specific Overall Pricing Model. Comprehensive Care Includes All Basic Care Procedures And Services (Non-Urgent Care, Urgent Care And Dental Hygienist Services). Special Dentist-Level Dental Care And Orthodontic Care Are Not Included In The Purchased Service. The Procured Service Will Be Tendered Throughout The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area, But The Need For The Purchase Service Is Particularly Focused On Tampere. We Invite Oral Healthcare Service Providers To Respond To A Request For Information Regarding The Content Of The Service To Be Acquired, Pricing And The Method Of Implementation Of The Procurement.
