The Object Of The Planned Acquisition Is A Self-Service And Transaction System For Receiving And Paying For Waste As A Saas Service, As Well As Related Equipment For The Various Offices Of Pirkanmaa Jätehuolto Oy. Waste Stations And Centers Accept Waste Loads From Small Importers Based On Volume Or Weight. Up Until Now, Customers Of Waste Stations And Waste Centers Have Been Received At The Service Counter, With The Exception Of The Vuorense And Nekala Waste Stations, Where Self-Service Use Is Also Possible. However, With The System That Is The Subject Of The Acquisition, Customers Can In The Future Do Business At The Locations If They Wish At The Self-Service Checkout And/Or In Advance Through The Online Store. Information On Waste Loads Received At Waste Stations Is Recorded In The Self-Service And Transaction System, Where The Information Is Entered Either Through A Self-Service Terminal, An Online Store, Or A Payment Terminal Cash Register. The Object Of The Planned Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Description Of The Object Of Acquisition Draft. This Is A Preliminary Draft Version In Which The Information Presented Does Not Bind The Purchasing Unit. Registration For Market Dialogue / Request For Information Please Note That This Announcement Does Not Ask For Offers, But Rather An Announcement / Request For Information Regarding Market Mapping. During The Market Survey, Suppliers Interested In Purchasing Have The Opportunity To Conduct A Market Dialogue Regarding The Purchase With The Purchasing Unit. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Have A General Discussion About The Object Of The Acquisition And Its Determination. The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Purchasing Unit To Carry Out The Purchase. The Market Dialogue Also Does Not Bind A Supplier Interested In Procurement To Participate In A Possible Tender That Will Be Held Later. Suppliers Interested In Procurement Are Asked To Indicate Their Interest In Participating In The Market Dialogue In The Tender Service By 12.00 On 29 December 2025. In The Same Context, Suppliers Are Asked To Answer The Questions Presented In The Request For Information. The Plan Is To Send Draft Material Related To The Procurement By E-Mail To Suppliers Interested In The Procurement For Written Comments. In Addition, The Procurement Unit May Organize Meetings As Needed And Possible.
