This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By Bc Transit (The “Owner”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Construction Management Services For The Modernization Of The Langford Transit Centre, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”).The Modernization Of The Langford Transit Centre Provides An Opportunity To Achieve Bc Transit’S Service Expansion Goals For The Victoria Regional Transit System By Developing Service And Maintenance Capacity That Support The Future Deployment Of More Than 200 Beb Buses At The Site. Further Information On The Anticipated Future State Of Ltc Is Provided In The Supplemental Package (Annex No.2) Attached To This Request For Proposals.This Solicitation Is For The Provision Of Construction Management Services (The “Services”), Including Pre-Construction Services, Construction And Post Construction Management Services.
