The Client Reserves The Right Not To Use The Framework Agreement For Project-Related Work And For Work Carried Out As Turnkey Contracts/General Contracts And/Or If The Contract Suppliers Are Unable To Fulfill Specified Requirements/Needs, Response Time And The Like. Participants In The Procurement: - Hemsedal Municipality - Hol Municipality - Hole Municipality - Lier Municipality - Ringerike Municipality - Øvre Eiker Municipality - Kongsberg Region Ict With The Following Municipalities: Notodden, Hjartdal, Tinn, Kongsberg, Flesberg, Rollag, Nore And Uvdal, Sigdal And Krødsherad. The Following Have An Option - Modum Municipality - Jevnaker Municipality The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At: Nok 8,000,000 Ex. Vat Per Year. Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period, Including Any Options And Expected Price Increase: Nok 60,000,000 Ex Vat. The Need Is Uncertain. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And During The Contract Period Will Depend On, Among Other Things, The Clients Needs, Activities, Budget Situation And Other Framework Factors.
