Renovation Of Espelstrasse Between Havixbecker Strasse And Laerbrockstrasse Junctionthe Municipality Of Senden Intends To Upgrade The Rainwater Sewer System In Espelstrasse In The Bösensell District From Havixbecker Strasse To Laerbrockstrasse Junction To Approx. 200 M. In This Context, The Entire Surface (Asphalt Road And Sidewalk System With Parking Spaces In Concrete Paving) Will Also Be Revised. As Part Of The Sewer Optimization, The Partly Defective Property Connection Lines Are Also To Be Repaired. For The Surface Work, Approximately 1,650 M² Of Old Paving And Around 400 M Of Curb Stones Will Be Removed And Disposed Of. In Addition, Around 1,200 M² Of Asphalt Area Will Be Milled, Broken Up And Disposed Of. The Excavation And Removal Of Approx. 580 M³ Of Mixed Soil And 850 M³ Of Road Substructure Must Also Be Taken Into Account. Afterwards, Around 1,000 M² Of Asphalt Area And 1,500 M² Of Paved Area (Parking Spaces And Sidewalks) Will Be Rebuilt. The Sewer Work Will Involve Around 150 M Of Concrete Pipe Demolition And 10 Shaft Structures. This Requires Around 430 M³ Of Excavated Material To Be Removed. Dewatering And Shoring Must Be Taken Into Account. Approximately 180 M Of Dn 600 Rainwater Sewer Plus 10 Shaft Structures Will Be Newly Constructed. In Addition, For Hydraulic Improvement, A Dn 600 Bypass Line Will Be Installed In Laerbrockstrasse Using An Open Construction Method Over A Length Of Approximately 115 M And Connected To The Existing Shaft Structure. All Supply Lines Will Be Replaced By The Responsible Supplier As Part Of The Construction Project. The Work Is Scheduled To Start In Spring 2026 And Be Completed At The End Of 2026.
