The Requirements To Which The Products Must Comply Are Indicated In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 And In The Procurement Instructions. The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Bids For Separate Items No. 1 And No. 2. Participants Offer All Nomenclature Units Included In The Specified Item. The Contract Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 2% (Two Percent) Of The Contract Value Excluding Vat.
