In Connection With Ordinance No. 6 Of 27.08.2013 On The Conditions And Requirements For The Construction And Operation Of Landfills And Other Facilities And Installations For The Recovery And Disposal Of Waste (Issued By The Minister Of The Environment And Water, Promulgated, Sg No. 80 Of 13.09.2013, In Force From 13.09.2013) As Well As In Connection With The Operation Of The Regional Landfill In The Village Of Hadji Dimitrovo, Tundzha Municipality, Yambol District And In Connection With The Post-Operational Care Of The Closed Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste, Sotirya Village, It Is Necessary To Pump And Transport Leachate From The Retention Basin Of The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste - Yambol, Village Of Hadji Dimitrovo, Tundzha Municipality, Yambol District To The Wwtp - Viv-Sliven Ltd., Town Of Sliven And Pumping And Transportation Of Infiltrated Water From Evaporation Ponds To The Closed Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste, Sotirya Village, Municipality Of Sliven To The Wwtp - Viv-Sliven Ltd. The Service Is Requested By The Contracting Authority, As A Preventive Action, In Order To Keep The Level Of Infiltrated Water In The Retention Basin Of The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste - Yambol And In The Evaporation Ponds Of The Indoor Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste, Sotirya Village, Within The Safe Limits. Estimated Volumes Of Leachate For Position 1 – 20,000 Cubic Meters/Year* Estimated Volumes Of Infiltrated Water For Position 2 - 10,000 Cubic Meters/Year* *The Indicated Volumes Are Approximate And Depend On Climatic Conditions. The Start Of The Performance Of The Service Will Be Carried Out After The Date Of Receipt Of The Request By The Employer At The E-Mail Address Of The Contractor. The Contractor Must Provide As Much Timely Pumping And Removal As Possible. ​​​​​​​
