The Aim Of The Award Procedure In Question Is To Conclude Five Framework Agreements For Cleaning Services Or Other Infrastructural Facility Management Services (“Fm” For Short) In A Total Of Five Lots (Lot 1: “Maintenance/Basic Cleaning”; Lot 2: “Cleaning And Care Of Gray/Green Areas, Garage”; Lot 3: “Winter Service”; Lot 4: “Window/Facade Cleaning”; Lot 5: “Dishes And Commercial Kitchen Cleaning”) Up To Seven Companies Each (Those Bidders Who Submitted A Final Offer Eligible For Acceptance In The Second Stage Of The Process) (Also “Framework Agreement Partners”) For The Vienna Health Association Or Its Users. Immediately Upon Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement, One Or More Initial Call(S) Should Be Made For Each Lot: The Bidder Ranked First In The Award Procedure For Each Lot Or Sublot (See Chapter A) Will Be Awarded The Contract To Conclude The Respective Service Contract (Contract For Cleaning Services And Other Infrastructural Facility Management Services). Requests From The Respective Framework Agreement Can Be Made By The Individual Users At Different Times And In Different Configurations (Respective “House Specifics” / “Property Specifics”). In The Current 1St Stage Of The Procurement Process, All Companies That Meet The Respective Eligibility Criteria (See Chapter B Of The Procedural Documents) Are Invited To Take Part In The Process In One Or More Or All Lots And To Submit An Application. In The Second Stage Of The Process, The Companies Approved In The Respective Lot Are Invited Based On The Procedural Documents From The Second Stage And Asked To Submit Initial Offers. From Todays Perspective, In Lot 4 There Are Two Initial Calls Planned In The Second Stage; In The Second Stage Of The Process, The Bidder Can Then Decide Whether He/She Would Like To Submit An Offer For One Or Both “Sublots” In Lot 4.
