Car Park Building Construction Work – Parkhaus. A New Parking Garage Is Planned For The New Building Of The Main-Spessart Clinic In 97816 Lohr Am Main. The Parking Garage Will Be Built To The East Of The Clinic On A Total Area Of Approximately 125 X 34 M. The Northern Part Will Be Built With A Floor Area Of Approx. 55 X X34 M As A Parking Garage With Gravel Levels And A Total Of 8 Levels. Three Of These Grit Levels (Levels 0, 2 And 4) Extend The Car Park In A Southerly Direction To An Area Of Approx. 70 X 34M. The Northern Part Will Be Built With A Height Of Up To Approx. 12.60 M And Includes The Main Staircase With An Escape Tunnel And Two Elevators, A Secondary Staircase, Two Technical Rooms And All The Ramps For Access To All Levels. The Southern Part Is Approx. 8.70M High And Contains Two Side Staircases. All Stairwells Are Required For Escape Purposes. Access Is From The North, The Main Exit Is Planned On The East Facade, Two Further Exits Are Located At Higher Levels On The West And South Facades. Some Of The Exits Are Routed Via Steel Ramps. There Are Also Two Pedestrian Bridges Which Are To Be Provided For Pedestrian Access Between The Car Park And The Clinic. The Parking Garage Will Be Equipped With An Entry/Exit System Using Video-Based License Plate Recognition. A Total Of Around 436 Parking Spaces Are To Be Built, Of Which 6 Are Barrier-Free, 8 Are Mother-Child Parking Spaces And 20 Are Electric Parking Spaces. A Clearance Height Of 210 Cm In The Clearing Must Be Maintained. Individual Parking Spaces Should Be Monitored. The Parking Garage Is Planned As A Steel Structure With Ceiling Panels, Fall Protection Is To Be Provided With Rod Mesh Mats, And For The Facade Design, The Installation Of Vertical Aluminum Hollow Slats In An Irregular Grid Based On The Facades Of The Clinic Is Planned. Technical Rooms, Stairwells And The Escape Route From The Central Main Staircase Must Be Massively Constructed. The Parking Garage Must, Among Other Things, Be Equipped With Lighting And Safety And Escape Route Markings, And A Pv System Must Be Built On The Roof. The Foundation Of The Support System Is Planned With Strip Foundations, The Foundation Of The Stairwells Is Planned Using Solid Floor Slabs And Is Carried Out On An Improved Subsoil. In The Lowest Level, The Floor Is Paved With A Substructure; In The Remaining Levels And Ramps, Ceiling Tiles Are To Be Made With An Anti-Slip Surface. On Site, A Preliminary Statics, A Fire Protection Concept And A Plan Were Created By The Architect And The Building Technology Planner, Which Are Made Available For Calculation And Must Be Taken Into Account In The Planning And Technical Processing Of The Contractor.
