The National Restoration Fund Foundation Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With Three Contractors Who Can Meet Part Of The Need For Flexible Labor, I.E. Secondment Including Self-Employed Mediation. For More Information, See The Tender Documents. All Entrepreneurs Who Meet The Requirements Are Invited To Submit A Registration. This Can Be Done Independently, As A Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties And/Or Subcontractors. The Need For Hiring Is Inherently Dynamic. The Size Mentioned Below Is Only Intended As An Indication. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. The Contracting Authority Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat. The Expectation Is That The Hiring Requirement Will Consist Of Approximately 5-20 Placements Per Year. The Size Of The Assignment Is Estimated At Approximately €500,000 To €2,000,000 Excl. Vat Per Year. The Average Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Stated Expected Size, Being € 12,000,000 Excl. Vat Over The Maximum Term. If This Size (+ Indexations Also Over The Maximum, In Accordance With Indexation As Stated In The Framework Agreement) Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement Will End. The Further Agreements Will Continue To Be Served Under The Framework Agreement, But Cannot Be Extended.
