This Consultation Concerns The Project Management Contract For Structural Building Works Allowing Transitional Use Of The Premises At Fort De Socoa. Since 2019, The Basque Country Agglomeration Has Been Carrying Out A Program Of Repair Work On The Fort De Socoa Site: Restoration Of The Enclosures And Covered Areas, Interior Repairs Of The Casemates On The Quay Floor, Priority Reinforcements Relating To The Defense Works Against The Sea, The Rocky Outcrops And The Recovery Of The Underwork Of The Customs Wall. In Addition, A Structural Study Was Also Carried Out To Identify Additional Actions To Be Carried Out On The Buildings. This Project Management Mission Is A Continuation Of The Feasibility Study. It Concerns Work To Reinforce Structural Elements As Well As Work Allowing Transitional Use Of Places Such As Work Prior To The Opening Of Exterior Spaces And The Hosting Of Temporary Cultural Events At Fort De Socoa. As The Site Is Registered As A Historic Monument, The Necessary Procedures With The Abf And The Drac As Well As Administrative Authorization Requests Will Be The Responsibility Of The Successful Candidate. The Site Is Also Registered In The Natura 2000 Zone And In Znieff, The Administrative Procedures Linked To These Zonings Will Also Be The Responsibility Of The Successful Candidate.
